this is the new not Hazard roofing material use at the Library, old material "Asbestos" Produce Cancer ,we being doing many school in the past 3 years and we being removing Asbestos in all the projects that we do roof repair and replace for a not Hazard roofing material.

Ten Things You Should Know About Mold

is only 2 Libraries in Tela.
1) is in City hall( books more relate to evryday city hall task).
2) is located in school Jose Coello (open to any student o person looking for info).

2,876 books are locate at this Library .
500 students are at this school.
this is the only Library where people for other schools o colleges can come and due research and have acess to books in Tela.
